- Up to 3 submissions per 7 days. Keep it focused — one request per submission.
- Michael reviews the queue when planning the next batch of sets. Higher tiers get priority sort but submissions are open to all signed-in patrons.
- Status flips from Pending → Accepted → Built when the matching set ships. Declined requests get a status update too.
